I miss my exercise terribly. I used to do at least an hour nearly every day, had a decent clothes size, and had even started getting into trail running a little. Now I have an ADHD-afflicted 4 year old to look after nearly every waking moment when I'm not at work, so no more exercise for me. I would either have to lose my job benefits by going part-time, or leave him alone in the house after he goes to bed, which is unacceptable and illegal. Gyms are not in my budget, DH doesn't trust the neighbors to babysit, and stupid sh!t comes up when I try to establish a routine. I have to spend my lunch hour shuttling DH to work or work through it to make sure I get my hours in. I do my housework after DS goes to bed at 8. I have to sleep some time,

Sorry about the rant. I'll shut up now.

Agreed with all the positive, "life-changing" praises put upon exercising. It had been a thing done by other people for nearly a decade for me until two years ago. Now it's about as big to me as say music, which is fundamental to my being, and more essential for general well-being.
