just to add another to the list of triumphs, this morning a practise i broke 7mins for my 2km time, 6:58.4.

I sponsored a local amateur freestyle wrestler who went to Chicago and won a gold medal in his weight class.

I placed second in a spelling bee sponsored by the Adult Literacy Council in my hometown.
