I try to eat healthy, and I get exercise almost every day by riding to work on a bike. Its a little easier for me since I work at a supermarket (Employee discounts rock!) but it can also be a little hard as there is also a lot of junk food on the shelves.

Some of it is discipline, and some of it is finding healthy food that I will actually like and want to keep eating.

My diet can be quite poor at times, because I'm too cheap to buy food that actually needs to be put together and cooked, as a meal. Sometimes I live on Chef Boyardee, Kraft Dinner and TV Dinners. I'm also rushed for dinner, because my friends and I go out most evenings out of the week. It seems that I'd rather buy that mini laptop, than make sure that I eat enough food. That causes me to put more of that money towards that high tech toy that I desperately want, instead of towards the balanced food that I should eat.
