I think it's a good idea, but it's only 12/13 year olds that have to have it, and the older girls miss out unless they ask for it themselves, and a 15/6 year old is more likely to be sexually active than a 12 year old.

I was sent a letter from my local doctor's saying that I should get an appointment to get the vaccine. I'm 16 but that might just be because of where I live.
