17.1km tonight; trails alternated between slush and hardpack, so it was slow going; it's been really warm the past couple of days. Still awesome to get out though!

80 km bike ride again... my feet have now finally thawed...

Despite the cold, this was a truly beautiful day... 4 hours and 15 minutes on the road with no wind and clear skies...

Taken an hour after I got home:

Somehow I think your definition of warm is colder than my definition of cold... considering all the snow in your pics. :D

Ah. So it *is* marginally colder at 1C here in Denmark... So I'm not a *complete* crybaby, then...

I must be going mad... I was bored when I got up this morning, so I decided to go on another 80 km bike ride... that makes it 164.4 kilometres in total this weekend... According to my exercise calculator, I must have burned around 4,000 calories.

Nice bike!

You trumped me, I only did about 10km today. Everything was super slushy and my coordination was questionable. Found a big honkin' tree though!

Insanity, max interval circuit. I feel like I'm getting a little better as I was able to push myself a bit today.

Been a bit since I've posted.

Exercised discretion and filtering with up and down success. Better at work than home.

On traditional exercise only cycled in 2 spin classes and a bit of yoga only own.

Been about 3 weeks since I properly trained biceps at all. Was feeling miserably depressed over it and thikining I probably actually lost bicep strength, but pushed myself today, bring on the post-workout Creatine!
