17km on zee bike. The trails are waaaaay to soft right now, so I stuck to road and gravel grinding. Biked up past the reservoir on a service road that heads up and around Mt Baker. Got covered in mud, but it was worth it! Riding on the road always reminds me that I'm not in as good of shape as I think I am!

32 km on the bike
Elevation gain - 1857ft
Max Elevation - 4312 ft

Apparently what looks like a hill from town, actually looks like a mountain once you get closer to the thing! Unfortunately the road up it wasn't really bikable, but it made for a good place to have lunch. :D

It's one of the reasons I love biking; there's always something to see! The fresh air is good for the soul and the physical exertion keeps my less-than-desirable traits in check!

22km this evening. Lots of up! Good lord was there up. Did I mention the up? Because there was lots of it!
Ascent - 1809'
Max Elevation - 4025'

Went biking up a service road that eventually spit me out at the power lines. Sections of it were dominated by skating rink smooth ice. I followed the powerline road up for awhile, before cheating over onto the trails. Supposed to be doing shorter rides during the week, but the weather was awesome! By the time I got to the trails themselves, the temperature was below zero so they were frozen solid. My water bottles turned to slush. Wasn't actually expecting to see anything interesting tonight, however once I got to the top of the hill, The Steeples were clearly visible in the distance! :3

Ugh. I'm officially on Spring break now so I have time to pick up on my exercising. Problem is I've been sitting on the couch too long doing my homework and I'm having a hard time getting up to start exercising again.

I just watched a Shaun T video. I think I'm ready to get up off the couch and Cize it up again! (after I clean up one of Waldo's hairballs). Yuck.

I took a walk this afternoon after working on a web page (I was feeling stir-crazy from sitting so long), I think it was around 3 miles? I didn't use Map My Walk.

Then tonight I did an hour of Bikram Yoga.

I'm spent and feel ready for bed after my bath.

I finally lost my 'gym virginity' yesterday! I spent 20 minutes on an elliptical machine and another 20 on a treadmill.

Back in the Okanagan now, and getting back into the fitness routine. Broke in a new set of summer bike tires (2.25 Nobby Nic's) and did14.3km. After riding on Ice and hard packed snow all winter, dirt, rock and sand feels weird, and getting my cardio strength back up is going to take a lot of work!

I just spent 2 hours with Shaun T and I learned the 4th dance now! I should have been a professional dancer!

Still winter up at the KVR. The snow was deep, slushy and slow going; only managed 7km! Had to try though!
