Went for a 10.5 kilometre run this morning. This is the second run this week, and I just started again after a 2½-3 year running hiatus.

Good thing my long bike rides have done wonders for my fitness.

My legs feel like concrete right now, though, but that's to be expected, I guess...

Furthermore, I live 500 metres from a small lake, so I get an excellent scenic view running around it...

I just did an hour of Turbo Fire and spent a half hour cizing it up with Shaun T. Actually, Shaun T is my cool down now. I guess he just can't wear me out anymore.

Another 10.5 kilometre run...

Spring is finally here! (and about time, since it's almost at the end of March)

Now I'm heading down-town to get some Great Coffee.

Calories I have already burned from running today: Approx. 800.
Calories I will be consuming from drinking lots of espresso today: Less than 20.

And they say life isn't fair. 8)

You guys are friggin beasts, I ran a mile to the hardware store and back, later I did 64 pushups (age*2), I don't leave the floor until I've done them. I swung some 35lb dumbbells into the kicking stand, I didn't count them, just went on until my grip weakened.

I spent 7 hours yesterday doing yard work and preparation tasks for my hard landscaping project.

i walked outside for a half an hour today. that's not my news, though. apparently you gain two hours of healthy life for every hour you exercise.

Armored combat; cardio was good, but my shoulders are killing me, lol! Didn't bike yesterday, but I put a new crank set on my bike today. 22/32/42 chain rings instead of 24/34/42.

Skiing with my old man tomorrow; can't wait. :)

Went for a 10,5 kilometre run both yesterday *and* today... It's fairly chilly, but with the sky looking like *this*....

Image

... I couldn't come up with an excuse for *not* going for a run...

(BTW: first picture is from my 5th floor office window overlooking construction sites at the Aarhus harbour, whereas the 2nd and 3rd picture are from my actual running route...)

I'm behind on updates, but tuesday was rapier again and tonight was armored again, lol. Endurance is improving; my cardio is good, but my upper body strength is leaving a lot to be desired. I've been told that I need to lean forward more and be more aggressive. Been having a lot of fun though, when I strip the armor off, I'm quite literally drenched in sweat. I've been slacking off on the biking lately; buthopefully I'll get out either tomorrow or saturday.
