High intensity swim day.

Finally managed to make a new achievement and swim the entire 50m pool, except part of the pool is blocked off so I swam about 48m. Unfortunately I had to stop only once for just a second at about 46m, but I won't be doing that again.

Just wish I had more opportunity ro practice, as I can still only swim one lap and be fatigued, needing a few minutes rest. Speed's my main skill, not lap swimming, so I want to learn to get good at 50m dash.

Did legs today. Gonna be wobbly tomorrow when the soreness sets in. That's the main thing I hate about crushing it on leg day: walking up/down stairs and that feeling when you try to sit on the toilet. 8O

Another 10.5 kilometre run on a bright, sunshiny day...

My first one a few weeks ago I ran in 62 minutes.

This time: 53 minutes...

Back/shoulders day went well. Doing my weigh-in tomorrow morning, so I wanted to squeeze the last bit in that I could.

Been slacking on the updates, but I've been exercising fairly steady lol.

Just shy of 21 km on the mountain bike tonight; lots of deer!

After more than a two week break for upper body...I am so weak :( I literally feel like I'm going to pass out. It's going to be a struggle just to complete this workout; I'm certainly not going to be beating any of my records today.

Even when I have no time to go to the gym, I'm going to have to make time, or deal with this crap again.

I did some cardio with battle ropes. Nothing too intensive but still felt my arms burn afterwards.

22km tonight and I uh...well...Stick that landing! And I totally stuck it, see? There are sticks! And trees! And a log that I totally cleared as I stalled on the uphill, fell off the downhill side of my bike and became one with nature! A real Hot Rod Moment. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go to my quiet place.

I had put off doing deadlifts for a long time because of how easy it is to mess up the form (and potentially lead to hurting my back).

But I did some training with a friend of mine who is getting his PT certification and he helped me pound out some good sets. My traps are feeling it. This is one of those exercises where you constantly need to be doing mental checks throughout the motion when it comes to form, or at least for me since I'm still in the learning stages of getting the motion right.

Thirty minutes of ergo and made only 5000 metres.
My wrists felt like they were pulling out of my forearm.
