I had a day off, so I hammered out another solid chest day.
Also, I've had issues with squatting to proper depth and it's really annoying me. I have trouble getting low enough, and even if I do, as soon as I start pushing up I start falling backward. I'm trying to do a lot more stretching so that I can get to depth and raise up without issue, but it's really frustrating.
There's no way that I'm going to even try to push heavy weight until I can get my balance and get depth without issue. Until then I'm just going to use the free weight sled machine, and maybe do goblet squats or something.
Maybe it's a blessing in disguise because my lower body flexibility is ass in general. And this whole thing is making me have to address it.
