I've noticed an improvement in my walking since I've started skateboarding

I think it's making my pelvis level. I'm getting a bit of pain though around the site where it's correcting itself so I'll see how that pans out

I swear it's running on uneven footpaths that's caused this flaming limp of mine

For me there's nothing remotely attractive about smoking or vaping yet millions of people still do it on a regular basis

Neither for me. Terrible smell, terrible health consequences.

Tomorrow removal of the other two wisdom teeth. Hopefully it won't be as stressful as it was for the first time.

Finally found one supplement that actually works for me as standalone, without needing BCP for it to work:

It's called Coenzyme Q10.

It's basically what I'm replacing anything stimulant and whatever stuff that perks me up with like with sugary stuff.
