21.4km on the mountain bike tonight and when I got home, started converting the drive train to 1x7. Endurance and technique (Coordination, what's that?) is kinda plateauing lately, but I figure removing the small gear will make me stop relying on it and simplify the bike some in the process. :)

It's been nearly 4 years of observing surroundings on my bike to the library about 10km per almost every work day.

Okay kids. Tonight its Insanity Max 30 Sweat Intervals. I'm LMAO because I'm watching this video of what I'm in store for and I'm scared s**tless.

I'm going to get set up. And not forget my inhaler this time!

I've worked out three times a week for several years now, today was a workout day with weights, sit ups and yoga with a three mile cardio stroll with my dog so I guess that was a useful thing. Working out has never made me feel better and it's not something I particularly like but it's preferable to going back to being a scarecrow like I used to be and it's also better than not moving my limbs around I guess

oh s**t im not laughing anymore
i maxed out at 11:20 and i had to modify a little in the beginning because there is no warmup and my legs hurt so as soon as the blood is pumping i stopped modifying
now 18 min in and I cant breathe its taking me at least 2-3 full min to catch my breath somewhat

for some reason im so angry and i can't catch my breath and i cant move i just want to cry

7 min left and i'm doing ok but i came close to throwing up and i remember thats one of the reasons i couldnt do the 45 min routines of the original insanity hopefully that will pass because i feel ok now

i did it

Yoga flow.
Needed a change from spin class 3 times a week.

15 minutes in, I was thinking no way will I finish.

Had to rest but I made it. 8O

Chest and ab day today. Heavy lifting feels so much more satisfying than interval training, but it does take longer to finish due to rest breaks between sets.

Just picked up a package containing this after coming home from work:

Image

Obviously, I had to take it out for a trip... 8)

Evidently, it is designed for running in the dark... So I probably look like an idiot in it during the day, all lit up like a Christmas tree...

But at least I'm making Darth Vader proud: I'm not underestimating the power of the Dark Side...

I'm trying to talk myself out of exercising tonight. I saw the routine and I just want to plant my butt right here on this couch. I'm feeling guilty so I know I'll get up in a minute.

I did it

Tonight was Tabata Power. I didn't really max out because a lot was push ups (I did some girl and some boy push-ups) and set ups. I don't like the triceps dip - I have weak wrists (I have to do push-ups with pushup bars) and my arms go numb. There was some cardio of straight jumping and squats. It was my first time so more of a learning process.

Tonight it's Friday Fight routine with Shaun T. I'm again LMAO because here is a video of what's coming and Shaun T has to stop doing his own workout! Oh! Notice how Shaun talks in 3rd person - it's hilarious!
