Had to take it easy the past few days, but during that time I converted my bike to 1x7 (32 crank, 14-34 freewheel), put on a 26 x 2.70 tire up front and did 20km on the trails. A little bit more of a workout without the 22 on the crank! :mrgreen:

Sunset was cool tonight. :3

Chest day and got some good pump on.

Maybe it's the placebo effect, but my arms feel like they're getting bigger and leaner. I've been writing down all my numbers during workouts, and I know I'm slowly getting stronger. Feels good.

About to do my weights, sit ups and bicycle kicks which I try to do three times a week. Doing yoga later and had a mile stroll last night but probably need a jog this evening or tomorrow as my cardio hasn't been as consistent lately.

Rapier practice tonight; got some pointers to improve my buckler work. There were only 3 of us tonight (+3 other guys fighting armored), but it was a lot of fun as always. :mrgreen:

Heavy sigh. Time to go exercise with Shaun. Getting myself off the couch is half the battle.....

I maxed out at 1215. were 1525 in and on second break i hate shaun

i need to not eat dinner i dont think it tastes as good the second time around

s**t im close to eating a second dinner and shaun wants ski abs done that may be the end

omg i made it! i felt like i was in the freaking shower! sweat pouring everywhere spit coming out snot running out

and i feel great!

Leg day with:

8 sets of deadlifts (Progressive overload)
6 sets of free weight leg press (Progressive overload)
2 sets leg extension
2 sets leg curls

I try to keep my accessory exercises short.
