I'm 5'10" and recently weighed in at 204 lbs. at the doctor's office. I'd like to try to get down to 170, but would settle for 190 now. I keep cutting back portions and snack on breads (I used to snack on cookies and other sweets) alot, but my weight stays about the same. It's like going on a little bit of a diet is neccessary just to maintain my weight. I thought this wasn't supposed to hapen until the mid 30's, not right before turning 22.

Soda is one of the main causes of obesity. A friend of mine is a scientist, and he did a ph test with soda. It was more acidic than some really bad chemicals (I can't remember which ones right now). Soda is bad for your teeth, digestive system, and weight. It has no nutritional value. It's just bad.
Soda can also be used as a substitute for the chemicals used to create a rough surface when doing concrete finishing work. It will literally eat away part of the surface on partially dried cenemt.

diet soda is full of fake sugar that kills off brain cells in clumps. On a scan these can be picked up as white spots in the brain.
That's interesting, those white spots are called
Brain Lesions and are found in Multiple Sclerosis as well. They cause a loss of control of the nervous system and are usually progressive.
