This morning, after a 3 mile walk and hitting golf balls for one and a half hours, I weighed myself and weighed 199 lbs. Been over a decade at least, since I've been under 200 lbs.

Hey you're doing better than I am.

5' 9" and 250 pounds.

I was heavier a while ago, just kind of naturally took the weight off.

If I had any sort of maintainable exercise plan, I'd probably lose most of this weight.

But I don't, however my eating habits... while not healthy... I don't find too excessive .There are times when I just don't eat.... don't have the time or money.

I keep meaning to find an exercise I really enjoy, so I can start to really lose weight. But I always start something with well intentions... then something happens where I can't maintain it... then I just forget to do it.

Living somewhere, so that I'm not dependent on a car would help a great deal I think.

5' 9" and 197 lbs as of this morning. I lost 30 pounds in the last year, but I still feel fat and my face looks fat, although my pants are much looser and the belt I use is now too big. With weightlifting, my upper body and shoulders look nicer. I will see if my face looks less pudgy after getting down to 190lbs...every 5 lbs. According the the BMI charts, a normal weight for my height is 170lbs.

I'm slender, but still have curves. And, I stay fit by practicing yoga and pilates at home. And, I do go to the gym when I am not in hermit mode.

The BMI charts are not always the most accurate measure of fitness. You mention that you lift weights and muscle weighs more than fat. Therefore, I would suggest finding out your body fat percentage. That would be your truest measure of how much weight you may need to lose or not lose. You also may be suffering from a bit of Body Dysmorphic Disorder, since you were at one time heavier. Sometimes, no matter how thin we are, all we can ever see is fat in the mirror. It is a distorted sense of self, which I suffer from...Although I was anorexic for years...

Could be some BDD at work, but not a lot since I still have a potbelly. I am interested in how my midsection will look when I drop another 10 lbs. No starvation diets here. Healthier eating and more exercise. I'm losing 5 lbs every 2 months on average. Because the results have been gradual, I probably am underestimating my progress. Nevertheless, in recent photos I still look chubby.

I'm thin, and actively on my way to becoming uber-fit.

It will probably be 3 - 5 years 'til I'm where I'd like to be. But the ride there is still fun in itself! :D

Exercising gives me a physiological high like no other.

I'm rather thin right now but if I was fat I would go ballistic.

I am pretty much an exercise whore.

I'm overweight but I didn't want to put fat. I'm about 6'1" and 230 lbs. My gut isn't very big compared to people I think of as "fat" but my waist is big because I have big thighs and "love handles". I think overall I weigh more than I look because people have guessed I'm 195-200.

I'm not super fit but I'm fit enough to hike up mountains. I want to get in better shape but I have trouble with jogging or bicycle riding because my calves always burn. I'm not sure what causes this but I can't stand the burning feeling. When I hike my calves burn for the first 45 minutes and then it goes away. Maybe it takes that long for endorphins to take effect and dull the pain.

I am actually a tiny bit underweight. I do eat healthy, but am not physically very fit, only average.

I am 5'10" and 195 pounds. How would that be classified?

I go to the gym at my school nearly every day. I do 20 minutes of cardio, and do some of the weight machines. If the weather is nice, I jog for 1 1/2 hours.
