overweight people who complain they can't lose weight

Ditto.
most people wouldn't consider me overweight, but I've put on 5-6 kilos since being on meds, and I work out several times a week. So probably half of that gain is muscle , but the rest isnt. But the net result is the same - my Jeans don't fit!

That might be why I gained quite a bit of weight- I didn't exorcise. I think nowadays doctors should tell a patient that this med might cause weight gain, so the patient can either choose to refuse it or alter their lifestyle to reduce weight gain. They will probably have to do it soon anyway, with the rising levels of obesity and all.

I wish the doctors chose to tell me, so I could have avoided all of that mess. :?
