I maxed out at 840 almost a full minute from last Fri the pushup jumps did me in

10 min in and im completely breathless this one is a doozy no breaks

screw this crap shaun keeps saying go faster go faster but he isnt even doing ittttttttt s**t

shaun woouldnt want me as one of his team cause id be cussing him out sweat everywhere spit coming out of my mouth im a mess again

shaun just said he has to take his shirt off so he can breathe better you know what me too! oh yeah! Wooooooo

i cant breathe tking off my shirt didnt help constant jumps now burpee w lunges

21.3km on the Speeder Bike tonight (It is Revenge of the Six you know?). I'm starting to get more dynamic in terms of body positioning on the bike, especially while climbing. It's more of a workout, but I think it's making me a better rider. Another sweet sunset! :3

Just completed my morning run... I've now run a total of 63 kilometres this week... 8)

Did cardio and abs. Leg raises (3 sets), Ab wheel rollouts (2 sets), cable twists (3 sets), weight machine sit ups (3 sets), planks (2 sets)

Followed up with some sprints

Walked 4 3/4 miles today. Phew I'm tired, but great to get in a few more extra miles than usual. 8)

4 mile run today, in addition to my daily routine (15 pushups after waking up and before going to bed, plus some lightweight dumbbell curls and shoulder presses.)
