4-mile run finished today, not without its challenges. Mainly, way more traffic on my usual route than normal. Did not feel comfortable at all, but it's gotta get done.

20.5 km tonight. Need to eat healthier, because it was painful! To quote a former classmate, it felt like I had been "Huckin to many darts!"

Time for my protein shake so I can get ready for Shaun. Tonight is Sweat Fest. Little scared because this is the workout that I had my asthma attack on, but if I don't do it again and get through it, it will have the upper hand and control over me that I can't exercise like I used to. I had my breathing treatment and now I'm setting up.

made it to the first break. breathing hard. don't know if i'm going to have trouble later or not. 13 min in.

second break. still able to deep breathe.
third break. breathing hard and feel like i need to puke
i need to stop again breathing hard and i feel like i have too much adrenaline or something like a panic attack coming on
im ok again continuing

I MADE IT THANK YOU JESUS

Time to exercise with Shaun again. Ugh. Going to set up. I really don't feel like doing a resp treatment right now so I'm going to try it without one. I'm hoping this will help, I've just been so depressed lately.
Tonight is Cardio Challenge. Yea.

maxed out at 815

i did it thank you jesus

No exercise tonight - I'm too depressed. Spending some quality time instead on the love seat with Waldo, crocheting, drinking coffee, green tea and watching Downton Abbey by candlelight in my new lavender jammies with fuzzy spring green socks. More rain storms expected again tonight. (Heavy sigh)

I love tracking my numbers and getting to the point where I break old numbers. Had a really good deadlift day - was feeling strong as Hell compared to how I was a month ago.

Went to a medieval event on the weekend and it was my first camping event in about 6 or 7 years and I forgot how fun they can be! The rapier scenario's were a lot of fun (I forgot how much fun melee was; it's like paintball with swords!), I met a lot of awesome people and even with the constant rain, had a blast! Saturday night I drank way to much as people kept handing me drinks! Sunday I was hurting and reminded of why I barely ever drink; mistakes were made!

Tonight I jumped on the mountain bike and did just over 19km (biked up to Flamingo and came ripping down Race Classic). I tried recording it, but the video didn't turn out...Obviously recording rides is best done during daylight hours and not at dusk. The rocky techy droppy sections are awesome on a rigid, lol!
