I did 10.16 miles on the trike. The first two miles were pure hell (my legs were really stiff and painful), but then I started to loosen up and things got better.
If I don`t start cramping up too bad, I'm gonna try to do 7-10 miles every other day...
The scenery is one of the reason I do it! I remember the first time I went out...I only made it like a km and a half, lol. It's one of those things that if you stick with it, you get stronger, more coordinated and things gradually get easier.

Do it! The hardest part is getting started, but do it enough and it becomes routine! The thread is great for keeping motivated and keeping a log of some form also helps to keep track of progress.
