I started running again/trying to kill myself. That high I get is always so fantastic but man is it tiring. Meanwhile, a girl at work is taking appetite enhancers because she's naturally skinny and doesn't like how skinny she is. She is finally 101 pounds and so happy not be so skinny...i'm thinking 'like ,really, are your serious with this crap?'

I hit a workout with the weights and my sit ups and push ups on Monday, took the dog out for a 15 minute stroll earlier and explored some ghettos, did a lot of miles walking last week so can ease on the cardio this week.

Legs/deadlifts today

I'm looking over my progress since I ditched my old routine and started doing progressive overload lifting. I think I've made some pretty good gains since then. I'll just list the big lifts, since no one really cares about accessory exercises.

Started on April 15, 2016:

Bench press: 185lbs x 5
Deadlift: 185lbs x 5
Leg Press: 360lbs x 5
Overhead Press: 80lbs x 8

As of my most recent logs:

Bench Press: 215lbs x 5-6
Deadlift: 295lbs x 5
Leg Press: 450lbs x 7 (time to increase the weight soon)
Overhead Press: 120lbs x 6-7

My deadlift has gained pretty quickly, which I'm very happy about.

No one has worked out since 6/15? Well, here I am again. It's time. Last night I did an hour of Tony with weights and tonight it will be Shaun Max 30 Insanity. I should be on the second month that is harder, but the first month's workouts are extreme already. I'm scared to try them honestly. I think tonight I will do one of the first months workouts then tomorrow night I'll try one of the extremes. Gonna do this one without a treatment and see what happens. Ugh. Gotta get off the damn couch first. Going to go set up.

first break and doing ok
second break and breathing hard how is a person supposed to get used to this crap
then as im posting im seeing jimmy dean sausage on a pizza in damn advertisement on this site crap again
damnit sweat just went in my eye back to it....
3d break not too bad but breathing hard
4 break i did that one without stops not bad now i have to focus on breathing then back to it. about12 minleft
break 8 min left
s**t 3 min left and im coughing now chest hurts but im going to finish damn it
i made it thank you jesus

Ok. I'm getting started a little late tonight because I didn't feel like exercising early and Big Brother was on at 7 for 2 hrs so here we are. Tonight I thought I would just do one of the first month workouts, but I remember that last night I said I would try one of the second month workouts that are supposed to be more extreme. Fine. So I'll pick the first one in the lineup - Max Out Cardio. Sounds scary. Going to get set up. No time for a treatment so we'll see what happens.

first break breathing hard still ok
s**t i had to stop after the first round im breathing really hard and it was the plank punches that did me in those are good
10 min in and im breathing like at the end of the last workouts sweat everywhere this is bad hard to get my breathing in control now high jumps
i have to take a break i love the new moves but im breathing so hard that that is what happened when i had my asthma attack spit is coming out of my mouth sweat in my eyes im a mess back to it
OMG i cant breathe we're 15 min in but i cant believe it IM DOING THESE MOVES LIKE NOBODY'S BUSINESS THESE PLANK AND PRISON PUSHUPS ARE NOTHING!! !! !! !! !! NO WORKOUT COMPARES TO THIS!! ! ICANT BELIEVE IM DOING IT SO GOOD
i had to stop to breathe oh jesus I CANT BELIEVE IT IM DOING PLANK PUSHUPS JUMPING WITH MY LEGS FROM SIDE TO SIDE AND IM DOING THEM GOOOOOOD
6 MIN LEFT
i have one and a half minutes left and i cant move just trying to breathe he wants us to jump up in the air and clap under our leg wtf and i don't usually say those words
OMG I DID IT AND I COMPLETED THE WORKOUT! THANK YOU JESUS! I FEEL GREAAAAAAAAT!
This is the most that i have ever sweat my hair is dripping like i just came out of the shower! WOO HOO!

Now I need a feel good song! This is for all of you Aspies that live in Seattle. It's and oldie but a goodie. Nirvana of course.

Ok. It's late I know. I didn't know if I was going to exercise or not, but if I don't I feel guilty, so here I am. Tomorrow night I won't be able to exercise because I'm going out. So, tonight I am doing an extreme workout - Max Out Sweat. Lord help me. I thought I sweat enough last night for a damn waterfall. Anyway, I didn't need a breathing treatment last night so tonight I'm going to try to go without one and see what happens. I feel like I'm hyperventilating already just knowing what is in store. Let's just do it. I'm setting up.

I made it to the first break. breathing like a crazy person and already sweating pretty good. shaun said he has one bead of sweat so far. whatever.
drink of water and back to it...
crap maxed out at 745 need a breather
only 10 min in and im tired as hell it was the in and out pushups back to it
omg i want to cry im so tired and cant breathe and now shaun wants us to hit the floor and then jump in the air continuously jesus help me
this is a really hard one i dont know if i can finish breathiing is getting worse and shaun just went down to the floor exhausted and can't get up yet thats a bad sign
crap now moving pushups
break for a minute i feel like i have to puke
s**t i dont like this workout like last nights 6 min left sweat everywhere snot coming out spit everywhere and i cant breathe real whippy back at it cause if i stop i sweat more and im so thirsty im afraid if i drink alot of water its just going to come up
2.5 min left damn it i can do this keep going
1.5 min left and i just want to cry he wants us to now jump up in the air then down to a plank push up then walk in and repeat i feel like im dying
omg i made it i made it thank you jesus
OMG! one of the guys lasted the whole 30 min without maxing out! I'd like to meet him! He's outdid Shaun!
I can't stop laughing! That was too much i think i lost my mind

Now time for a feel good song!

Ok. I didn't exercise last night so I'm going to tonight since I don't work and I'm on vacation. Tonight will be Fri Fight Round 2. (Yes, I know it's Saturday.) I've been coughing a lot today so I'm doing a treatment before this one. I'll be back in a few....
Ok. Treatment done and I'm getting set up. Shaun just said this is the hardest workout that he has ever taught. Yea. Let's just get started.
I maxed at 637 and im not feeling to bad because alot of them are maxing out now with the pushup jumps from side to side - my legs are killing me drink of water and back to it
CRAP i keep having to take breaks after each damn exercise now he wants us to jump up come down and dive into a plank pushup and walk back with our hands - whatever here goes
crap 9 min to go breathless sweat snot and spit everywhere but i know im still gorgeous underneath : - P
i made it thank you jesus

Had a bit of a down week so not been motivated to do my usual three days a week regime but gonna do a half hour workout with weights and sit ups. Also going to try to start my jogging again, I go through terrible agoraphobic periods but I usually am able to do a minimum of three miles a week cardio, aiming to average six miles from now on!

Usually I walk 30-60 mind/day and like to do small hand weights, planks and push ups. I love swimming and would like to swim 1-2 times per week at local gym even if swim just on weekends.

Yoga at 3.
Came out to a toad choker rain and sang.

Singing in the rain :o

Yoga and swimming is getting easier.
Been 40ish years since I did competitive swimmer.
I'm getting the strokes back, while the breathing and stamina will take time.
