Alrighty. I'm back at it again even though I should probably be studying. Usually I do weights with Tony on Mondays, but tonight I'm going to do an old routine from Insanity - my usual "Sweat Fest" which should be a piece of cake after last weeks extreme workouts, but we shall see. No resp tx tonight, just going to get set up and go.

Oh yeah! first break and im just a little out of breath and even still smiling!
smiles gone! that didn't take long. :mrgreen:
19 min in. taking a longer break this time without having to take any extra breaks. breathing pretty hard, sweat and spit everywhere, but no snot yet! :mrgreen: back at it.
scheduled breaktime. crap sweat just went in my eye spit down my face and now snot has started. good thing i don't have any beauty pageants to attend! water and back in again
scheduled break. i did have to take an extra small break with the ski abs. 5 min left. water and back in.
i need one more small break then its push up jacks and ski abs and then done.
omg omg that was too close on the ski abs i almost puked so i had to come back up. one more exercise - punch pushups.
i made it! 35 min for a 30 min workout. Not bad! :mrgreen:

Ok, I should still be studying, but I have to exercise and spend some quality time with Shaun or else I'll feel guilty. Tonight, it is back to the extreme Max 30 exercises with "Max Out Cardio". I remember kinda liking this one, but that can quickly change with Shaun's exercises. Anyway, gonna set up, no resp tx and just get to it. Just found out today that I lost some more weight too! :mrgreen:
Barely made it to first break - those one arm pushup jacks almost did me in. water then back in...
crap 830 in and i have to take a break. spit running down my mouth because im just trying to breathe. ok going back in.
lordie. have to take a break and at just the right time - one of the cute guys is taking off his shirt! missed that one last time. taking a looooooong breather then water and one last look then diving back in.
i need another break. now shaun took his shirt off! they have to stop doing that im already all hot and bothered....
drink and back to it - crap sweat in the eye.
had to stop again. 16 min in. starting to burp which isnt good because im feeling nauseated.
s**t had to stop again. chest hurts and hard to catch my breath prob from all the pushups.
i finished thank you jesus
30 min extreme in 45 min - not too shabby and the cd had to be rebooted a couple times.

Crap. It's time. I'm dreading this workout. I'm not liking the extreme ones at all. Anyway, lets just get on with it. Tonight is Max 30 "Max Out Sweat". What a lovely name. Not. No resp tx I'm just going to get set up and go.
first break at 530 in. legs are on fire. just did in and out abs and im breathing hard already. water and back in i guess.
crap i hate this 735 in and had to take a break. sweat and breathing hard. water and back in.
im having to break after ever two exercises im just tired only 908 in and i want to cry
1152 in and scheduled break but i was going to have to take one anyway i hate this one i dont feel like im ready for this 30 min workout is going to take me 2 hrs the way im going! water and continue. funny shaun is just exercising his damn mouth anyone can do that
no f'n way i need a f'n break he'd have you going until you were dead i cant even move or breathe and i feel like i want to throw up im taking a f'n break!
finally shaun needs a break i forgot this is where he falls down and cant get up again maybe if im lucky he'll stay down there the rest of the workout but that would then mean floor exercises which i really hate with a passion water and back to it
almost 19 min in and im just getting pissed off with this damn workout cause i cant keep up i just want to cry from exhaustion and i feel like crap
ill do in and out pushups but im not doing it with one arm he can just f'n forget that crap im so tired that i could damage my damn shoulder or arm
break. im a snot spit and sweat wonder. if i could make money off of bodily substances id be a gazillionaire
2 min left i need a break typing w 1 finger now too tired
made it at 925 pm about 1 hour for a 30 min workout. that ok at least i finished thank you jesus

Jesus Christ....

Beach trip yesterday with mild cardio swimming, but today blew it out of the water!

On my feet all day as I went with family to a family fun-day event, and then a beach trip after.

Did a decent amount of jogging up and down part of the beach as the toilet and drinking taps were quite a decent distance away. :lol:

Walked across part of the beach along with walking in the water (not swimming) with siblings.

There's a nice little secluded spot/small creek with the trees and terrain set-up in a way that makes it the perfect spot for some beach-style parkour! :)

Spent a great amount of time with my little brother practicing on it. Nice high-intensity cardio workout.

And to top it all off, playing and practicing on the huge playground at the nearby park.

Was and still am absolutely exhausted, muscle aches, etc. but it was all worth it!

Going to the beach in the middle of an Australian winter!

I know Brisbane could get below 10 Celsius on a regular basis in winter.

Time to work out with Shaun. It's a little early, but I'm going out tonight and I figure that I better get some exercise in so I can eat something. I'm not going to do an extreme workout because those exhaust me too much and I always need time to recover. I'm going to do the regular Insanity workout which seems to be a little easier. I already decided on what to wear tonight and it looks fabulous. My clothes are fitting great. 2.5 months now with no alcohol. Time to set up.
first break, tired, breathing hard. drink of water then back in. legs hurt too.
much needed scheduled second break. sweating like a stuck pig, breathing hard. water and back in.
third break. oops opened my mouth to breathe and a whole bunch of spit fell out. oopsie. water, sweat in the eyes and back in.
4th scheduled break. needed that. taking a little longer break. lots of sweat and spit but im not a snot nose yet. :mrgreen: drink and back in.
made it at 238 pm. 8 min longer than 30 min allowed. Pretty good for Insanity. :mrgreen: thank you jesus

Done around four miles cardio this week, try to hit two further miles by monday, am trying to make my jogs regular twice a week in addition to my three workout sessions a week I've somehow persisted with over the years irrespective of how low my mood was, it means I have an inbuilt fitness regime buzzing like clockwork to make sure I avoid ever becoming obese or returning to the appearance of a junkie scarecrow (I actually eat properly now so I'm more concerned about gaining weight these days)! I am gonna hit the weights, sit ups, push ups and a light yoga session.

I'm going to exercise earlier tonight because I'd like to catch up on some TV shows like Big Brother and maybe finish a crochet project - it's back to work tomorrow night (which means stress). So it is time to burn off some stress! Tonight is Friday Night Fight Round 2 with Shaun. The last workout pissed me off because I couldn't keep up and this one is supposed to be worse. Think positive. I'm going to feed Waldo then set up.
Its time. 610pm. crap
crap max out at 640 on the damn floor hops! my legs are just cramping i cant even stand up yet. this is because the ass doesn't have a warmup with these exercises. stretch my calves then back in.
s**t my legs are on fire! 1015 in. breathing isnt the problem right now. stretch calves and feet and back in.
1534 in and scheduled break. breathing not too bad yet. sweating pretty good but no snot or spit yet :mrgreen: probably cause im too dehydrated. :roll: water and back in
1953 in and im needing about a 15 sec rest between each exercise. breathing harder and sweating more. water and back in.
that damn sob now i cant catch my breath it was the genie jumps water rest and back in 2244 in.
last scheduled break and 4 min left
stop 657. 17 MIN OVER THE 30 MIN!! THAT'S THE BEST THAT I'VE DONE ON THESE EXTREME WORKOUTS! THIS IS SHAUN'S WORST WORKOUT EVER! WOO HOO! YIPPEE! YAHOO TOO!
THANK YOU JESUS! AND I FEEL GREAT! DIDN'T FEEL LIKE PUKING EITHER! :mrgreen:

Yes! I love Shaun T! I've never been in better shape in my life! It's harder than hell, but my clothes are fitting great and I'm sleeping great and I feel like I've conquered the world after these workouts!

Here's the one I'm doing - Insanity Max 30 - I do the whole workout no matter how much time it takes me, I just try to beat my last time. I've actually stayed with this workout because it's done in 5 days and I take the weekend off when I work. All I need is a workout mat and my pushup bars. They say it's a 60 day workout, but I plan on staying with it for a while.

Which workout did you get?
