Froya,

No irony intended but I do find people interpret things I did not intend as funny and laugh.

This happens on and off stage.

Laughter is in the heart of the beholder.

Side note - if laughter is good medicine - why are some humorist & comedians , alcoholics?

Side note G7
Anyone try Laugh Yoga

Ok, I'm truly sorry. Besides Your reply WAS compasionate, it was just your few words that made me unsure. You see I use irony myself, but I'm not good at understanding if others do. I should have known better.

I've been waiting for this heinous scorching weather to vamoosh because any weather above 16 degrees makes my functioning go way down but looks like it's sticking around! I bit the sweltering dust and worked out earlier, freshly washed shirt turned into a sponge within minutes but it was necessary as I'd been delaying working out due to the heat. Probably just aim for 2 this week due to weather. Cardio is decent, around two and a half miles and going to do another 2 miles tomorrow, I'll get a jog done at some point too.

25 degrees outside... nice fresh breeze...

Went for a 15.8 kilometre run...

This was longer than my standard 10 kilometre runs, but I took it slow in the beginning and I managed just fine...

At this pace I'll be able to run half-marathons in a couple of weeks... 8)

A tough session today because of a couple of days with little sleep and mental stress.

Good news: according to an x-ray my legs have the same length. One physiotherapiest thought my left leg was Shorter, and my current physiotherapiest thought my right leg was Shorter.

Thanks, Froya.

It's happened before, and it does heal on its own--but it was the OTHER knee LOL

This time, it's lasting longer. If it doesn't go away in a few days, I might have to see a doctor.

By the way, what do you do for exercise?

How is your knee?

Not terribly good, I'll have to get an MRI for it.

Oh, ok so you have seen a doctor then. To bad it hasn't healed, but good that there are being taken steps to find out what's wrong.

Good Luck!

Yes, as I have just written in a PM to you, my sleep pattern vary a lot, but I don't think it's a big problem, as I don't work. It's been like this for several years.

I used to sleep late when I was younger; nowadays, I always get up early---like 7 AM or so even during the weekends.
