I have a new one!

For boxed food, primarily large amounts of food inside... Instead of eating it all at once and gaining lbs, put the food in a vacuum sealed ziplock bag and throw those omnomnoms in the freezer! *Make sure to research if your food can be refrozen and if so for how long!

Stand up as much as you can. It's better for your cardiovascular system and it burns more calories than sitting. I've fixed up a way to change my sit-down desk to a stand up one using old VHS tapes and Scotch tape. :lol:
