Temperature is much more sane today so I have little excuse to avoid kicking off my workout schedule for the week. Will aim for three if the sun doesn't blast the earth like it did last week. Working the weights, sit ups, squats and bicycle kicks, cardio has been a decent amount of miles over the last week and had a stroll earlier, might fit a jog in before the weekend, should be doing two though.

Hatha Yoga class.

Jokingly mentioned going from a move to a yoga hand stand. (Knees on elbows)

& then teacher gave class that option.

Take care of your knees and other body parts.
Today's mind to mouth was more laid back and filter working. :D
Love and prayers

Ran 17 kilometres... burned approx. 1,300 kcal.

It looked like it was going to rain the whole trip, but I managed to get home without getting wet. That was about half an hour ago, and it just started raining... Good timing

Swimming is good exercise, and I think it's easier on the joints.

Danke

... for encouragement.

I agree about swimming. ..

It's been 40 years since I swam regularly.

Yoga is a bit trickier on the joints.

Ice is my "friend",

Took the day off at the gym.

I moved offices at work in the morning.

Just got back from a music jam.
Got a good pulmonary work out
playing harmonica.
