Stood and walked for 10 hours at work and then finally did a leg day after skipping it the last couple of weeks (mostly due to depression). Added some weights to my squat, did some good morning deadlifts, and Bulgarian squats. Gave up on the leg press. My gym has 3 different types and each one destroys my knees for some reason. Since I'm not too focus on quads, I figured squats should be able to cover them.

What kind of exercises do you do?

I do exercises to strengthen the muscles in mainly the neck, back, stomach, sholders, bum and thighs :)
I have beginning problems with my back, so fear of pain in the future is my main motivation.

Pretty cool!

Bump.

Just ran my 10th half marathon today...

Didn't expect to reach this milestone in less than 2 months...
...

And then I did the dishes!

First workout of the week earlier, been letting my body rest on that front after consistently hitting the workouts for a couple months, still done one considerable jog and a light one so cardio has been persistent and my yoga and stretching is eternally hovering above my schedules.

Starting the weekend with a half-marathon... Nice...

Anyway, looks like summer is finally over, so I switched to warmer clothes...

I may have to get some compression winter tights rather than my regular tights, though... too much chafing... Will probably be pricey as hell...
