I'm 5' even and 200 lbs. If my weight drops below 180, I stop menstruating, so I think it's just how I'm made...

despite people insisting that "overweight" = "unhealthy".

I might be about 140, (and I am 5'0) but I don't know as I don't have a scale.
I've been mostly eating vegetables and fruits (and rice), with meat only about 2 times a week. This is partially for health, but is also because I have very little money to spend on food, so quality usually comes first.

I appear to be shrinking, but I am not 100% sure.
Though I admit I do love sweets and carbohydrates, and it can be hard to stay away from them, even on a budget.

I'm seriously overweight. All I'll say is I'm over 100kg and I'm a woman. I was always average size until my mid-20's then the weight began to pile on. I'm an emotional eater and my junk food of choice is cake. If I have a meltdown then I can eat a whole cake to make myself feel better. I'm aware of what it does to my health but it's easy for people who have never been overweight to understand what it's like and how hard it can be to control. I've tried a million diets but I hate the feeling of being forced to do something, which I think is a general aspie trait.

Oddly enough even though I'm morbidly obese, I'm quite fit in the general sense of the word. I can jog for 5km, ride my bike for 15km. I love swimming and can do 10 laps of the olympic size pool. I look like a whale doing it but I can still do it. So being fat doesn't always negate being fit either. My blood pressure is fine, I'm not diabetic and I've never had health problems caused by my weight.

I know I should lose weight but when I'm depressed as well, it's much easier to say than do.

I'm 100 pounds overweight due to hormone balance, lack of exercise, anti-depressants and poor diet. I'm changing the last three and I'm seeing some improvement, let's hope it continues. :D

Not seriously overweight, but I'm around 200 and struggle to get it down to 185 for any length of time.

I have overweight, although I don't eat too much. Usually I eat two times in a day, and don't feel hungry. But I am fond of chocolate. It is like stimulant for me, especially during examinations. I also tend to invent "luck-brnging" food during difficult periods like exams. One year it was particular kind of food, then white tea, then grapefruit juice)) But usually I prefer simple food, I am not a gourmet.
I am worried about overweight, and this year started to practice tai-chi. I like it very much, because it helps to feel my body, and I noticed, that I eat less chocolate now))

I've lost 5 pounds. I'm 5'1 and 220 pounds. I'm actually happy to be a larger girl. However my bones are naturally bigger. Alot of guys don't like bigger girls but to heck with them.

I used to be very overweight. It was mainly due to staying indoors a lot because i dont have a lot of friends to go out places and my bad diet because i am a very fussy eater.....surprise surprise haha.

I was also getting up at 7.30am but not being able to go to sleep until about 2 to 3am. I know go to the gym after work for about 1.5hours and am forcing myself to eat different foods that are more natural and less processed. I have since lost 17kg and i wear myself out so much that i usually fall asleep before midnight.......this makes the next work day a lot more bearable, especially with day to day issues and meltdowns, they don't occur as often.

Im still overweight and have about another 15kgs to lose to be considered 'typical' but Im a lot happier......If any one wants to lose weight just remember to do it for yourself, no one else!

I was once 164 pounds when I was 15 or so, but because I've got ADD, I take medication, and I'm now 125 pounds.
