Does anyone else find themself tighting up there stomach or legs all night? I have always done this? Don't know if I am even aware that I do it, I just wake up sore. I'll do legs one night and stomach the next. I wish I could do chest, only legs and stomach.

I think most aspies are quite tense. I have tense shoulders often, and I am always bouncing my leg these days. I have to constantly tell myself to relax my jaw. That relaxes a lot of connected stuff. I have to remind myself to relax, sometimes even when I am in bed.

I have Restless Leg Syndrome; that keeps my calves in incredible shape. I may need toning in other places, but the calves put even Ah~nold the Governator to shame!

I wonder if there is any greater incidence of RLS in the AS population? RLS is also supposed to be a neurological issue. I was surprised to learn that considering it was such a physical phenomenon. I used to think it was just some kind of nerve damage from a forgotten childhood accident.

I also have that so-called "Restless Leg Syndrome". Had it all my life, since I was a child. I was amused to find out as an adult that it's a "condition", and that there's a name for it. I wondered why they would bother to name something like that.

Years after that, when I was diagnosed as an Aspie, I found out that this leg thing is typical Aspie stuff. I tried to explain to my father that I am an Aspie, but he has dementia, and he doesn't listen to everything or remember it all. All he knows is that Asperger's Syndrome is why my leg keeps shaking!
