I'm going to link a very good site on this http://www.scoobysworkshop.com
If anyone is interested in bodybuilding, strength training, weight lose, or just overall fitness this is a good site to look at. Scooby gives great advice and has numereous sections dedicated to each catagory and it's all free. Scooby has sections on dieting, strength training exercises, cardiovascular exersises, training schedules and more.
I don't follow all of Scooby's advice to a T (the precise diet and training schedules and I also do excerises that are not on Scooby's list) but his advise is invaluable and is geared at the general populace.
If anyone is interested in some excerises I do that are not on Scooby's list, here is a list.
Oblique Raises: Works out obliques and lower back muscles.
Equipment: Some dumbells.
Method: Stand up with a dumbell in one of your hands, lower the hand with the dumbell down, pull yourself back up to regular position with your obliques and lower back.
Lat Pull-Downs: Works out your lats.
Equipment: Resistance Cord
Method: Pull down the resistance cord until your shoulder blades are contracted, rinse, lather, repeat.
Note: This exercise is intended for those with weak lats, it's geared at strengthing up your lats so you can do pull-ups.
Pelvic Thrusts (Yes, I know it's a perverse name): Works out your gluts, lower back, and hamstrings.
Equipment: None at first, however when your muscles get stronger you may want to add resistance by using a small bag filled with bottles of water.
Method: Lay on your back in crunch position, push your pelvis upwards contracting your gluts at maximum range, RLP.
Note for resistance method: Place the bag on the area between your abdominals and groin.
Edit: I just checked out Scooby's site in full for the first time in a month, he apparently has wrist curls up as forearm exercises now which is awesome.
Wrist Curls: Works out your under-forearm muscles.
Equipment: Dumbells
Method: With dumbells in hand just curl your wrist upwards.
Reverse-Wrist Curls: Works out your top-forearm muscles.
Equipment: Dumbells
Method: With dumbells in hand just reverse the wrist curling method.

i agree its a great website and agree with almost everything he says . of course its important to research everything and get more than just scooby's opinion (he even encourages you to do that). But it has to be the best workout website ive seen. If you need more workouts check out this website (im not allowed to post urls yet so just remove the all the *) :
