I'm basically still a newb when it comes to weight lifting. I followed a program that perhaps some of you may have heard of called Starting Strength for my first 3 months of structured lifting. I began to stall quite often near the end of that 3 month period but I soon injured my back while deadlifting. After allowing my back to recuperate for a little over a month, I'm back in the lifting game with avengence. The linear gains afforded by my previous status of rank beginner have come back to me, and I was wondering if any athletes out there could give me an idea of how long this new surge of progress will last before I should move on to a more intermediate style program that has me progressing at a rate more fitting to my eventual slowed ability to adapt to training stimulus. I would like to avoid a serious plateau at all costs as that would require a reset and I'm terribly impatient when it comes to this sort of thing :)

Any tips, thoughts etc. appreciated.
