Has anyone tried acupuncture for any issues that you have? I'm currently on 2nd week of treatment. I'm also taking Chinese herbal drink 3 times a day 30 min after a meal. While on this, I can't have pork, chicken, noodles, cold drinks or cold meals. Ice cream, ice water. I have to warm up milk a little in microwave with my cereal. I should be done with the herbal drink by end of the year. They come in these Capri Sun like containers. I pay $40 per visit and I go on weekends. Some people I talked to pay $75! Just wondering if anyone else had success or the treatment failed?

A lot of people do feel better after acupuncture, although I never heard of a Chinese Capri Sun drink that was ever necessary. That just sounds like a wad of baloney.

I do have an interest in Chinese therapies. My friend is an acupuncturist/acupressurist, and I've still not been round for my freebie, but I like to tax her brains about the subject.

Sounds like the drink and the diet instructions are because you are too cold, and you need some heat to bring you into harmony.

$40 sounds quite cheap. How long's the session?
