Has anyone ever had cosmetic surgery or reconstructive surgery?

I had botox, and it was great. Saving up for a nose job, but doing some very thorough research first.

I had my nose altered as a teen, but the procedure was "covered" because I had some sort of growth on it that had to be taken out. The results were cosmetically unnoticeable except for those who knew me before who remarked my nose suddenly looked smaller.

I have seen this ad on tv for a cream that has the effect of botox. seems like a complete load of bull.

Yup. Just had a panniculectomy/tummytuck so I am no longer sitting in my own lap! I'm still a fat grandma, but now I'm a fat grandma who can weed the garden or fit grandkids on my lap.

And yes, I did a ton of research before I went ahead and did it.
