First of all, I don't have an eating disorder, I have fast metabolism, like I always have to tell people.
Strangely, last year I tried to gain weight, so I kept eating junk and everything. Everyone wondered where I put the weight! And I drank alot of milk and never gained weight.
This year, since the New Year (I had a resolution) I have been eating much healthier foods. I eat oatmeal for breakfast. Usually then I have eggs for lunch (what can I say, I'm an early bird and my mom's a night owl). If I have pancakes, I put blueberries on it. Usually I have a fruit for a snack. Supper I usually have a little meat but a couple different veggies. I also eat salad with it.
If I have a craving for salt, I eat baked chips. They are actually not that bad for you.
If I want something sweet, I have icecream with a fruit in it.
Since I started this eating healthier, I gained weight!
Im only about 5 lbs underweight, not 12 lbs, when I was in grade 6 (to be exact, I weighed 74), which had everyone including me scared about my weight. I went from 84 to 90 since January.
From what I learned in Wellness :Excercise and eat a balanced diet! Can't forget to excercise!
