Hi! If, like me, you're really into Wrongplanet and sharing things with Aspies on it, then you're perfectly welcome to participate in this food diary. I considered making a private one for myself, but I thought it would be great to compare what I was eating with people just as odd/more odd than me. :D
Personally I'm going to try to do my Food Diary daily, but I won't be too strict on myself. It would be great to see what other people are eating each day. :)

Today I have eaten:
33 gram Eat Natural Bar
Small apple
(Estimated 180 calories)

I will eat:
4 Percy Pig sweets.
Approx 400 ml of shake which includes:
1 banana, soya milk, innocent smoothie, honey, yoghurt and powder
less than 20 grams of Coleslaw
(Estimated [/b]550 calories)

Total Calorie Estimate: [b]830

For Breakfast I will be eating:
1 Chicken Egg and Cheese Bagel
1 Serving of Hash Browns
1 Med. Dr. Pepper

Cals.-940 Fat- 39g Sat. Fat- 10g Trans. Fat- 0g Chol. 240mg

And Lunch will be:
1 Peanut Butter Sandwich
20 Cheddar Goldfish
1 cup of Water

Cals- 262 Fat 14g Sat. Fat- 2.4g Trans. Fat-0g Chol. <5mg

September 9th

I have eaten:
1 banana
1 33 gram Eat Natural Bar
65 grams of coleslaw
(Estimated 350 Calories)

I will eat:
100 grams of natural yoghurt with sugar
250 ml of innocent smoothie
(Estimated 235 calories)

Total Calorie Estimate: 585 calories

I will also be eating a meal tonight, at the most this will be 500 calories, but I will report back the specifics later if possible.

You are not eating enough calories and this will do more harm than good no matter what your goals are. Your body will need AT LEAST 1300 calories to run all of its organs. It varies by individual- gender, height and weight are all factors. A small female usually has to have at least 1300 calories to keep her organs working, so if she lays in bed all day that is what she needs to eat in order to do it. So you can figure that anything other than laying around requires even more calories, and then if you exercise even more than that.

You should never go below 1200 calories if you are female, or 1500 if you are male, and these numbers are probably still too low. If a doctor has you on a special diet then that is another matter of course.

So you are starving yourself.
