It doesn't happen often, mostly when I'm about to go sleep. It feels like all the air I breathe in through my nose goes directly to my throat and dries it out. It's like breathing through your mouth. Does anybody know if this is something that should be looked at?

your sinuses might not be draining properly, which could lead to excessive dryness down the back of your throat.

or you might live in a dry climate. a humidifer might help.
