I decided that I should write down a Dumbbell circuit training plan. I wonder if I would be able to include machines in addition to dumbbells? If so, how can I coordinate it into my routine?

My draft routine:

WORKOUT LOG
MONDAY
EXERCISE
DB Bench Press (Chest)
DB Incline Shoulder Press
Lying DB Triceps Extension
Standing DB Upright Row (Traps)
Hammer Curls
Squat (Quads)
Standing DB Calf Raise

TUESDAY
EXERCISE
Iron Cross (Shoulders)
DB Flyes
DB Shrug

Any suggestions on improvements I can make? It's appreciated.

Hi AspieLeader,

I also just wrote out a dumbbell weights program for myself. The thing is I always forget what I'm supposed to do so if I write a list it doesn't work for me. I found printing out pictures of the exercises really helpful. Maybe you don't have that problem though. I don't know anything about machines sorry.

I would of sent you a copy of my plan with pics but don't know how to attach it and it might not help you anyway.
