I decided that I should write down a Dumbbell circuit training plan. I wonder if I would be able to include machines in addition to dumbbells? If so, how can I coordinate it into my routine?
My draft routine:

Squat (Quads)

DB Shrug
Any suggestions on improvements I can make? It's appreciated.
