JML101582's NFL Conference Championship Picks
1-3 in Divisonal Playoff picks, all I can say is, it's a far cry from my WC picks from two weeks ago. The show must go on so here are my picks for the round before the big game.
SUNDAY JANUARY 23RD:
NFC CHAMPIONSHIP: (6) Green Bay Packers @ (2) Chicago Bears--So it comes to this, the longest running rivary in NFL history has two teams fighting for the Super Bowl birth for the first time in history. Although the Bears D will be at their stingy best, it won't be enough to stop Aaron Rogers and Co. to earn their first SB trip in thirteen years. I can say one thing about this game, it won't be a cakewalk: Packers 24, Bears 21
AFC CHAMPIONSHIP: (6) New York Jets @ (2) Pittsburgh Steelers--The mouthy Jets decide to shut up for the week since they have respect for the black and gold. Like the NFC Championship game, it's going to be a grudge match between these two teams. Most experts are picking Pittsburgh while I'm going for the opposite pick with basically the same results. Rex will finally led the green and white to their first SB since Joe Namath's gurantee in Super Bowl over 40 years ago: Jets 23, Steelers 20
2010 DIVISONAL PLAYOFF RECORD: 1-3
2010 PLAYOFF RECORD: 4-4
2010 OVERALL RECORD: 160-104

Disagree with your NFC pick because the Packers did lose to the Bears in Chicago this season. Also Chicago will be serious this game unlike the last game they met in.
