Quite often, I get these funny-tasting burps that's a combination of sulfur, eggs and cherrios. The smell and taste is accompanied by a higher-pitch than regular burps.

I asked my doctor about it and he just shrugged his shoulders and told me a little about gas. No medicine, no referral, no suggestions on what to do or not to do to avoid it.

I'm actually thinking about seeing another doctor.

i was diagnosed with GERD/hiatal hernia sans heartburn, which did come later. it was mainly the constant reflux of stomach contents or their ever-present flavor in the back of my throat.
