I am a lazy, video game addicted albino who never ventures outdoors (partly due to laziness, mostly due to albino-ness) and hates people. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how I can exercise and keep fit without having to go outside or socialise?

I'm asking a bit much, aren't I?

Go to a gym fairly late in the evening. The gym I went to was great. I must have seen the same people 5 days a week for over a year and we rarely ever said anything to each other. The only man I really recall conversing with was the deaf guy. He looked at the machine I was using and I asked him if he wanted to use it...he didn't.

Well it depends what you mean by keeping in shape.
If you're looking to gain some muscle, take MaxiMuscle Cyclone (works faster than everything else and I've heard alot of Aspies lose intrest unless they see results quickly) and do a few sets of weights, find a good weight plan and warm up and strech guide first, cause I tore part of my rotator cuff throwing a snowball :?
I'd say, just have a varied diet and have a jog, do some pushups and situps, couple of tricep dips, that sort of stuff.

Are you albino or anemic? Cause I'm anemic and Iron tablets are doing wonders for my complexion...

Hope this helps and feel free to drop me a private message if you want any advice on training and supplements

Yes. You have to start slowly and steadily. The only thing you need is motivation and persistence and you'll be in shape in no time.

You can run the treadmill, in fact I've been doing that for long but recently started to run outdoors since it's much better and it's different. Running outdoors makes you actually sweat and you should really get used to walking/running outdoors rather than doing that at the gym. Besides that way you see the view.

Going to the gym is recommended, but its up to you. If I were you I wouldn't let albinoness prevent me from going places. You can go anywhere you want. If it annoys other people then just ignore them, they aren't worthy. It's your lose not going places... don't give a s**t about other people.

One key thing is finding a set of exercises that work for you and you enjoy (or don't detest completely) enough that you keep doing them.

Biking is my preference, although it does involve going outside. Otherwise, I use a ski machine for aerobic exercise plus some sit ups, a bit of weight lifting and some stretching. Walks at night when less people are around and less sunlight are also good.

Workout at least an hour a day, put on music and lift weights.

I have noticed that if you wear headphones at the gym, people don't talk to you. If you are really out of shape, you could take your handheld video game and play while riding a bike.

fitness doesn't have to cost you much of anything. any solid boundary is sufficient for your body to work against. squat-thrusts combined with pushups and jumping jacks [in one exercise] will get your heart rate up and tone your whole body. or, jumping rope is pretty intense and will also exercise your whole body. again, you don't have to spend the bucks to belong to a gym/health club, or even go outside.
