Um, I've got this thing on my inner horizontal gluteal crease that feels like a very large, firm pimple but it looks like a big blood blister. It will weep blood is squeezed but it it's squeezed too hard, it hurts like an SOB.

I just want to know what it is and how to get rid of it.

hmm... you could have an infected hair follicle. Even on your inner horizontal gluteal crease. Those really hurt and are a pain! You get rid of it by removing the hair. It hurts, but will clear up!

Where exactly is the horizontal gluteal crease?

I think a hot compress (moist cloth) would help then clean it with some alcohol or peroxide.
