I'm trying to maintain a weight of 230 pounds. I went to this website and it said eat 2,769 or less a day and excersise. What kinds of foods will I need to eat to maintain this weight?

A lot of high calorie food.
How tall are you? I remember a post of yours that said you're quite short, on the lower end of 5 foot? If so 230 is actually very overweight, I'm not trying to insult you or anything, but 16 stone isn't something to try to maintain if you are on the lower end of 5 foot tall. But you can do what you want obviously, I'm just saying.
Or are you losing weight and 230 is your next goal? If so then good luck and all that.

I wish I could help you but that I'm not very good at...

However, if your gaining weight, you would have to gradually eat more and more until you reach your target weight.

Nutrition is half of the battle, exercise is the other half. Don't starve yourself though, just eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. Back then when getting food wasn't as convenient as going down to the nearest grocery store, we either had to hunt or grow our own food so our body tends to hoard fat when we eat a big meal at once.
