I don't know if this is me that keeps having this problem but why the heck is that every holidays I lose weight and yet when I return a week later my weight piles back up but even more than lost?

The funniest thing is that I don't even skip my meals. Only around the summer holidays I did but that was due to a different reason but other than that, I haven't skipped anything.

Me last year... Cheek bones showing.

Me in September, goodness I think that was one of the lowest I've ever been in that year of 2010.
I lost so much weight that I weighed around 7 stones.

I've returned back to my normal weight in November, GOWD that took forever.

But then lost weight again in the Christmas Holidays but it wasn't that much that I've lost but however it was noticible.

But then I got fat, I even developed a double chin.
and so on.

Now, I've suddenly lost weight again, hopefully it wasn't too much weight that I lost... I still have the stomach that stands out.

I have literally no understand why the heck this just keeps happening to me? Not only it's affecting me, it's also really bothering me.
Is there any other way to prevent this yo yo from happening and what was causing this effect to happen?
