I've got a huge one on my chin and it's not going away. It's big and firm. I've erupted it quite a few times but it's still there.

Anything I can do to get rid of it?

I have some salicylic acid...

You are going to need some dry ice, a badger, three pounds of lava rocks, a five megawatt laser and the eye of a shark.

I've found that in my case, that if a "zit" doesn't go away, then it isn't a zit. Rather, it's a sebaceous cyst-- in which case the only way to make it go away permanently is to remove the core. You'll need a sterile needle, a good pair of fine-tipped tweezers, and a steady hand.

By "not going away" do you mean it's been there for months or a few days?

I've heard that dabbing toothpaste on them is supposed to be good. Mind you, I also heard that tea tree oil is good too, which it is, but it's not a fast fix.

The only things I've found to help are sulfur (topical) and zinc (topical and oral), but they are not quick fixes.

I use a zincy cream thing, that seems to help heal them.
