I've tried a few different things for stress. Some have worked better than others.
The best thing is to try see where someone else is coming from and tell yourself, maybe I shouldn't be so hard on them. Significant others, friends, siblings try to give them the benefit of the doubt sometimes.
That's easier said then done though which is why EXERCISE :P is great for releasing pent up anxiety. My release has always been some sort of cardiovascular: running for a long time has been my favorite. I've went periods where I've done meditation. That can be pretty good.
Anyways, that is my two cents about what has worked for me. Have a nice evening!

No, just because you get easily stressed out does not mean that your life will be a short one. However, you might want to find an outlet in which to direct the stress.

Try deliberately focusing on the things that are good in your life. It can start out small and basic - 'I'm not in constant physical pain.' 'It's a nice day outside.' Every time you catch yourself hating something, think of something else that's good.

When you catch yourself being stressed and angry, let it go. Physically relax. Observe how being angry does you no good.

Or channel your energy more constructively. Use your anger to power something useful. Work out or put it into some art or something.

That's excellent advice. I know it sounds hard but the kind of awareness Moog describes would make a huge difference in your situation. You'll need to be patient and persevere until it will slowly become not only easier but you'll be able to do it without even thinking about it much.
