it seems when I don's wash my hair, I don't get pimples on my scalp but when I do like I have been every day this week which is rare for me, I do. Doesn't matter what kind of shampoo I use, I still get pimples.

Any advise?

Try some kind of natural cleanser, or making your own. There's lots of household items you can use to wash your hair. I generally use baking soda followed by a rinse with dilute apple cider vinegar.

Folliculitis is an infection of the hair follicles.
I'd see a dermatologist.
