Which exercise activities do you enjoy doing the most?
Examples: Running, lifting weights, or even more specific activities such as playing soccer etc...
And why do you enjoy doing these activites?

I enjoy aggressive rollerblading, scooters, skateboarding and bmx. I like action sports. I love skating at skateparks, and around the city at various spots. I can do tricks, its so much fun. I'm not at a pro level, but I do not suck at all. I do it mostly for the fun and passion of it.

I enjoy hiking and swimming. Anything having to do with nature.

@glasscasket-That's neat too, nature is very pleasant and interesting to be around. (usually)

Kitesurfing!! it is number one for me. rock climbing, skateboarding cycling and just being outside are also great

Parkour, swimming, martial arts. Anything involving the whole body and which doesn't require a ball. Damn, I hate soccer/tennis/volley/any sports with balls.

I like my Shake Weight. Seriously, no joke.

I also like swimming and canoeing. I like walking and bicycling, but just for going places.

Yes, definitely avoid exercising with the highly effective Shake Weight because it can be made to resemble fapping, which is bad for you. He's using the female model, btw.
