Lately, I've been having problems getting a good nights sleep. I have no problem falling asleep, it's staying asleep that's the problem. I would fall asleep at 10 pm and wake up at 1 am, and not be able to sleep for the rest of the night, but when morning aproaches, I would then fall asleep and sleep throughout the day. It's getting annoying. I excercise regularly and eat right(most of the time) I don't know what's happening to my body. Anyone got any advice on getting a good night's sleep? Anything would be appreciated.

I have the exact same problem!! But it`s extremely hard for me to fall asleep as well. But if by some miracle I fall asleep early, I only sleep for about 3 to 4 hours or so! It`s annoying! Then when it gets light out I fall asleep and wake up at 5pm! I hate that!! I wanna be on a normal sleeping routine!
