Lately, I've been having problems getting a good nights sleep. I have no problem falling asleep, it's staying asleep that's the problem. I would fall asleep at 10 pm and wake up at 1 am, and not be able to sleep for the rest of the night, but when morning aproaches, I would then fall asleep and sleep throughout the day. It's getting annoying. I excercise regularly and eat right(most of the time) I don't know what's happening to my body. Anyone got any advice on getting a good night's sleep? Anything would be appreciated.
