I never seem to have enough energy to do all the things I have to do on a daily basis. I sleep all the time. Atleast it feels that way anyhow.

Do I have to make a schedule over everything just to work as a human beeing? I just can't see myself coping with that strict way of living my life but I can't function orderly...

For most people, life just flows naturally. If you are having to "force" yourself to get out of bed, and you feel like you need to go back to bed during the day, this is unusual.

If it's been going on for more than two weeks, it's likely more than the flu. A visit to the doctor might be in order.

I know how you feel, I have to keep tight control over activity/rest balance otherwise I just end up overdoing it and am in bed for days and days.

I can relate to that as I used to be like you, I used to lack energy but now I tend to have much more energy. It's possible that you may be oversleeping. Try getting a normal amount of sleep each night and staying active, it will be difficult the first week but you will soon adapt to it and feel more active.

Yes, I have to follow a strict routine and you need to keep a schedule, set certain goals, for instance, set yourself to do running and yoga one day and body weight exercises another day and set yourself short term realistic weekly or monthly goals, this will help you to stay focused and make you more goal orientated, start out small and build up your discipline over time.
