Rumors are going around that Texas and Oklahoma are coming to the Pac-12 in about two years or so. Either they don't know their geography or they're just too busy too care because it's all about the money. If you're going to expand the conference why not have Boise State, Hawaii, Fresno State, and BYU on the conference since it matches the geography of what the Pac-12 stands for. If I were the guys in charge of the NCAA, here's how I would do it:
PAC-16:
North:
Boise State
BYU
Colorado
Oregon
Oregon State
Washington
Washington State
Utah
South:
Arizona
Arizona State
California
Fresno State
Hawaii
Stanford
USC
UCLA
