Call was right because of intent does not matter with an interference call. The rule should be changed so if there is no intent to obstruct and interference call should not be made. If the player had tripped over the umpire and was throw out he would have been called out.

I'm a Mets fan and petty neutral about this series just do not like the rule. Anyway I see I created a duplicate thread so I apologize for that
