Does a lot of stress even if you eat healthy and exercise cause type 1 and 2 diabetes? :(

it depends what you mean by stress. if its intense stress on a daily basis over a very long term then you will suffer issues at some point, including mentally.

what is causing the stress if you dont mind me asking?

but hay you know being tall intself is not always a good thing cause its not benefical for longetivity.

I'm not a doctor, but my mother had type II, and I have been on the borderline all my life. I have never heard from any credible source that stress has anything to do with diabetes. It's a hormone imbalance caused usually by a failure of the pancreas to make enough insulin. Stress can cause the body to be less immune in general, but no more chance of "causing" diabetes than any other illness though, IMHO.

No. Type 1 diabetes is autoimmune. Adrenal hormones associated with stress will decrease insulin sensitivity; but, it's transient.

Certainly do manage stress appropriately.
