Do you like to add foods that you think would not go well together, but when you eat them...they are yummy

I like chocolate oatmeal cook regular oatmeal add 1 1/2 table spoons of unsweeted coco while cooking then sweeten to taste.
This satifies my soft warm chocolate addiction while being somewhat healthy and do pesky GMO's

I also like mustard and diced onions on a mashed can bean sandwich the mustard cancels out the chalkiness of the beans and the onions give it texture and spunk. Taste's like vegan potato salad sandwich

what are your weird food combinations?

Jojo

I love peanut butter and oatmeal. I seriously eat it at least once every day.

I also prefer mustard on french fries. :)

I like peanut butter jelly sandwiches with cheese and mayo. I like the sweet/punchy taste of the mayo/jelly combo, plus the mayo helps the peanut butter from sticking to my throat on the way down. I'm still not sure how the cheese fits in, but it is essential.

I eat PBJ sandwiches without jelly, which I don't care for. I just use the peanut butter, margarine, and garlic powder. I put garlic powder on most meals.--I like it, it's healthy, and it keeps away the vampires. It also repels visitors, which is good, as I am a hermit.

I hate beans, but can get them down if I put BBQ sauce on them.

I will mix whatever foods I feel like mixing, although the choice of whether and what to mix for meals often depends on what is in the house. I don't get out much, including to restock on grub, so some of my meals have been kind of strange. But hey! I'm the only one who has to eat it! :-D

agreed on the garlic powder...to me its like salt.

have you tried mincing fresh garlic?? it is 100 times better than garlic powder.
BBQ on beans is sooo good. ketchup works good on lentils

Aharon....sounds yummy I hate the peanut butter sticky thing but love the flavor...I solve it by adding honey

Ghostar Mustard on french fries is pretty good. I never tried peanut butter with breakfast foods, but my grandfather likes peanut butter on his pancakes.

*creamy peanut butter mixed with "i can't believe it's not butter"- that makes it go down easier and keeps it from sticking to the roof of my mouth, plus it makes it creamier-
*peanut butter, margarine and chocolate - ditto, plus pb/chocolate is a heavenly combo, just ask the reese's pb cup people :) -
*peanut butter, margarine and cheddar cheese powder - great on toast-
*diced red onions and garlic, diced chicken, red wine, olive oil, a bit of sodium-free soy sauce, tomato paste, parmesan or romano cheese, sauteed in a non-stick pan in that order, totally yummy!-
*chocolate red wine, served chilled-
*hard sweet cider mixed with marachino cherries/juice, it looks like a golden red sunset-
*ice cream made with brewed stout, with pralines in it-
*red plum ice cream-
chocolate cream cheese pie with cherry pie filling and whipped cream on top, on a chocolate graham cracker crust-
*sauerkraut and seasoned poultry sausage, cooked with red wine and soy sauce, or with dark beer and teriyaki sauce, with sharp cheddar cheese added late-
*a big pot of turkey or chicken and kidney bean chili slow-cooked with jack daniels whiskey or jim beam bourbon, or with some dark malty beer, with cheddar cheese and spiced poultry sausage.
now i will have dreams of a vast banquet, and wake up hungry enough to devour a french-fried shetland pony. Image

Sliced baguette bread with brie heated up in the toaster oven and then slathered with honey when the cheese is just barely melted. Yum!

potato chip salad : chopped iceberg lettuce, mayonaise, tuna fish and diced pickles, mixed throughly served on large flat plate with crushed potato chips (your choice of style)

chili with doritos : I make my own chili and add doritos as required to the top, I usually get them all before adding more doritos.

Peanut butter, mayonnaise, and banana sandwich. Sounds gross; is awesome. (Hmm, forgot it was apparently a favorite of Elvis'.)

Peanut butter on one slice of bread and mayo on the other. Sliced banana in the middle.

elvis had his maid fry his pb/banana sandwiches in oil. very rich but it probably contributed to his premature death.
i used to like making potato chip sandwiches, just put 'em in between the cheese and meat.

I love to take raw broccoli florets and dip them in peanut butter and eat them.
I also like blue cheese and coolwhip (cheap ready made whipped cream substitute) sandwiches.

This is not my weird food combination, but a couple of my friends like to bite the top off a Cadbury's Creme Egg and then dunk their fries into the sugar laden creamy centre and eat them. To me this sounds disgusting, but I am sure they will convince me to try it at some stage...

My mom does something similar to this with McDonald's french fries dipped in vanilla milkshake. She says that the hot salty fries and the cold sweet milkshake are a lovely contrast.

I have tried it (under duress I should admit) and did not find it awful but wouldn't do it of my own volition either.
